A number of blogs have recently announced the availability of the Reformatted Soncino Talmud, but have not explained what it is. I asked Reuven Brauner to explain what he did. He created printable files of the English text and note of the Soncino translation of the Talmud, in a format that is easily read and printer-ready. The files are available here: link.
